What is the Fast of Daniel?
The Fast of Daniel is based on the purpose written in chapter 10 of the book of Daniel in the Bible. where it says that for 21 days, Daniel decided to fast to receive favour, wisdom and understanding from God.
Among many things that break our communion with God nowadays, distractions are one of the big reasons for people’s communion with God to be broken – all kinds of entertainment and secular information that bomb us all the time. The Lord Jesus used to say “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” Matthew (13.9)
This is exactly the purpose of the Fast of Daniel: to give ear to the voice of God
When we get close to God, we separate ourselves from everything which doesn’t come from Him: Suffering, depression, loneliness and distraction. When we separate ourselves from God, we draw closer to negativity.

The Holy Spirit is available to everyone, but He doesn’t find the same freedom in everyone. Unfortunately, the majority of people prefer to intoxicate themselves with negative information which is contrary to the will of God God, we draw closer to negativity.
