10 day fast of Daniel

"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible… All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist," Colossians 1.15-17
He was the Lord of Glory, but was born of the Spirit into this world to serve.
To be a Servant. To obey. To sacrifice Himself.
Because of this, He did not allow Himself to waste time. Instead, He redeemed it in service to His Lord.
His thoughts and dreams were linked with the Father.
Until a person is born of the Spirit, they will not be a servant.
They may even serve themselves or evil, but never God.
It is impossible for the Holy Spirit to be with or guide someone that serves themselves or evil.
This is why they are unable to control their impulses and continue to be rebellious.
As a Servant, Jesus did not choose Mount Hermon.
He was called by the Lord, His Father, to that holy place to be given the prophetic vision of the New Jerusalem, the Heavenly Church of the Lord Jesus for His servants.
Hermon did not serve like Mount Sinai, where the Law and the Commandments were given to the rebellious children of Israel;
It was not like Calvary, which served for the sacrifice of the Sacrifice, that the Father could not bear to see;
It was not like Mount Carmel, which served to challenge the idolaters;
Nor was it like the Mount of the Beatitudes, which served as a school for God's children.
Instead, Mount Hermon served as the Sanctuary of the Almighty, surrounded by his children.
"And He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him… While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!” Matthew 17.2-5
God the Father (A Bright Cloud), the Voice of the Cloud (God the Spirit) and, at that moment, Jesus the Servant (who had not taken the Throne) with His children, represented by the three disciples.
Here we have the Almighty descending upon a Mountain once again.
Hermon was exclusively reserved for this glorious moment.
To give the true servants of the Lord Jesus the heavenly vision of their future.
No wonder that its name means Consecration, Dedication, and its considered a Holy Mountain because of its Glorious View.
There, in a prophetic vision, the Almighty can enjoy, exhale and rejoice the pleasure of having his children around him, and exclaim: Behold! How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
In Jerusalem, Jesus lamented, "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! Matthew 23.37
But, at Hermon, Jesus the Servant contemplates His future Glory and calls out along with the Father: Behold! How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
From there, He also commands His blessing and life forevermore to His children.
