opportunity”

Hello friends!

I was thinking  this morning and a word stood out for me “opportunity”

The Bible says that Judas was looking for an opportunity to hand the Lord Jesus over to the chief priests. In reality, before this verse, the Bible says that satan entered Judas and he went to the chief priests to betray our Lord, so we know who was behind Judah’s behavior…

The truth is that our life is made out of opportunities, for good or bad. We may not see them, but believe me; they are all around us.

Everyday we have the opportunity to invest in our spiritual life, in our health, our marriage, our children, our parents, our friends, our finances, our church and so on… but the question is, what are we doing about it?

Maybe you say: “I am not doing much about it – but that is okay, at least I am not doing evil to anybody!”

Friends, this is exactly the type of thought satan wants me and you to have. Do you know why? Because the moment we are not doing anything, we are in fact giving him the opportunity to do something!

This is too strong!

Lets awake up for this trap, remove this mindset from our head and start looking for opportunities to better our lives and the life of those around. If we are busy, satan will not be able to come near. But if we relax, he will come closer and closer; and believe me, once he comes, he will not leave empty handed…
