When our conscience is heavy it’s because we are doing something wrong.

It’s almost impossible for a man to do this because his hormones are in full bloom—and let’s be honest, they are quite weak in this respect… the woman also has her hormones in full bloom, but she is able to control herself better in these moments, so she should use this strength that has to not let things get out of control.
It is important to say that the sexual act is not the beginning but the result of a person’s fall. You are already making a mistake and beginning to fall when you exceed the limits. Touching or rubbing, a photo, a conversation… do you remember what the Lord Jesus said about it?
